As a certified professional coach, these are the types of questions I’ve been trained to ask my clients. Using inquiry as a tool, I help my clients uncover the answers to the burning questions of their lives. For my first post, I’d like to share with you my who, what, when, where and how (and a little why).
After 10 years in the education and non-profit sector and much training and soul searching, I decided to follow my dream of becoming a entrepreneur and a professional coach to people going through life and career transitions. I’m a mom (to a child and dog), a wife, a daughter, a sister, a granddaughter, a niece, a friend, a volunteer, a mentor, a facilitator, a consultant and a coach. All of these roles play into WHO I am.
I provide professional coaching services to new parents, recent grads and career changers to support them in creating fulfilling, happy and balanced lives that align with their values and speak to their passions.
Now! Beginning with my dream of opening a bakery when I was 15, I’ve always wanted to be an entrepreneur. After having my daughter nearly two years ago, I knew the time was right.
I live and work in Boston, MA, the city I have called home for all of my adult life. I work with clients in my home office and over the phone.
I help people to create a life that excites them and taps into what they are truly passionate about. I work with clients to identify a goal or intention and set out a plan to achieve it, while identifying and clearing the blocks that have always stopped them from living the life they desire. My work blends the tangible with the intangible. I help my clients to move forward and take action on their life– while always making sure we are moving forward in the ‘right’ direction for them and setting them up for continued success in the future.
I believe that life is too short and too uncertain to do anything but live full out. I see a world where people are full of potential and yet often too frightened to take the leap to lasting happiness by doing what they are passionate about. I’m a coach because I believe in the unlimited potential in all of us to create and live AMAZING lives and together to create a more compassionate, empowered and interdependent world.
